The Terms and Conditions regulate the access to and the use of MY. YÔ’s website and online store.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they affect your rights and obligations under applicable laws.
The user of the Site (“User” or “Customer”) acknowledges that by accessing and using this Site he is accepting these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not access, or use the Site or make purchases at the MY.YÔ online store.
You should contact MY.YÔ if you have any questions about these Terms and Conditions.
ONLINE STORE
The Website and online Store belongs to and is operated by MY.YÔ Unipessoal, Lda., headquartered at Rua do Lidador 263, 4100-307 Porto, district of Porto, VAT number 516301322 (“MY.YÔ” ).
While ordering any MY.YÔ product, the User automaticly agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE
Access to the Site (www.myyo.pt) does not imply any registration. The User can access the Site and view the generic information presented in the different tabs.
MY.YÔ has the exclusive right to suspend, block, interrupt or terminate access to the Site, in particular in terms of management, maintenance, repair, alteration or modernization or to close, permanently, or temporarily, partially, or totally , at any time, at your discretion, the Site, without prior notice.

When placing an order on the Site, the User must verify the characteristics and descriptions of the products.
The fact that the color of the product is different from what you saw on the screen is normal and does not mean that the product is defective.
The User can consult the “SIZE CHART”, located in the description of each product, to find out about the different measurements and body sizes. It is up to the Customer to determine which size of piece to choose.
MY.YÔ assumes no responsibility for choosing the size, limiting itself to disclosing the measurements of its products

The information or data provided by the User will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
By using this Site, the User is consenting to the processing of said information and data.
BUYING PROCESS
HOW TO ORDER
1.Select MY.YÔ SHOP or MY.YÔ SHOP KIDS depending on the item you want to buy.
2. Select the item and size you want. We advise you to consult the MY.YÔ Size Guide.
3.Click on “Add” so that the piece you have chosen is added to your shopping cart.
4.You can continue to browse or choose more items, once you have added all the products you want to buy, check the shopping cart. (Upper right screen on main page)
5. Now just fill in the necessary fields and proceed with the payment.
It is not necessary to be registered on the MY.YÔ page to complete your purchase. However, we advise you to do so that in a future purchase you do not have to enter your data again.
After making the payment through PayPal, Visa or Mastercard, the delivery will be made to the address you select according to the MY.YÔ SHIPPING conditions.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
MY.YÔ only guarantees the cancellation of orders that have not yet been processed. Once the order leaves our warehouses, it is not possible for us to cancel it. In that case, consult our EXCHANGES AND RETURNS section to find out how to proceed.
SHIPPING AND SHIPPING TIMES
All orders are shipped from MY.YÔ headquarters in Porto, Portugal. Transport is provided by CTT, orders are delivered between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm on working days.
After confirming and sending your MY.YÔ parts, you will receive a confirmation email with a Tracking number so you can track your order.

* MY.YÔ is not responsible for additional fees applied to the order if it is applied upon arrival in your country.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
In accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, after receiving the item at the chosen address, the customer can request an exchange or return within 14 consecutive days.
EXCHANGES
1.Please send us an email to myyo@myyo.pt mentioning the order number, the items you want to exchange and the reason. MY.YÔ team will contact you within 24 hours
2.Send your MY.YÔ to our headquarters, Rua do Lidador 263, 4100-307 Porto, together with the invoice
Returned items must not have been used or damaged, must show the original labels and packaging
The customer is responsible for the shipment, MY.YÔ does not assume responsibility for the costs incurred, we advise that the shipment be made in a safe way to guarantee that the product arrives at its destination safely and without damage
3. As soon as the article arrives at the headquarters and is evaluated, our team will contact the customer to confirm which product and size they wish to purchase.
If the item you want is available in stock, we will follow the initial shipping procedure
If the chosen item is not available in stock and if no other item is available that matches what you are looking for, we will refund the purchase price to the IBAN provided by the customer within 15 working days.
RETURNS
4. Please send us an email to myyo@myyo.pt mentioning the order number, the items you want to return and the reason. The MY.YÔ team will contact you within 24 hours.
5. Send your MY.YÔ to our headquarters, Rua do Lidador 263 4100-307 Porto, together with the invoice

6. As soon as the item arrives at headquarters and is evaluated, our team will contact the customer to confirm the IBAN for which the refund will be made, within a period of 15 working days
REFUNDS
MY.YÔ, if applicable, refunds the item purchased but does not assume the costs inherent to the purchase, shipping fees or any other expenses.
CLAIMS
MY.YÔ cares about and guarantees the highest quality in all its parts and articles. For this reason, before being shipped, they are carefully inspected.
If there is a defect with your piece, please contact us at myyo@myyo.pt with the description and image of the identified defect.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
MY.YÔ is not responsible for any damage to its products due to misuse or incorrect washing.
We recommend that you always confirm the Washing Instructions provided by MY.YÔ.
